 What is the difference between Extrato de Soja (Soy Extract) and Proteina de Soja Isolada (Isolated Soy Protein)?
 

Olvebra's Extrato de Soja (Soy Extract) is obtained through defatted soybean bran that has undergone proper thermal treatment in order to inactivate anti-nutritional factors. It also generates a minimum amount of effluents. It is known as "soymilk" and, in addition to protein, its formulation also contains carbohydrates, fats, fibers, calcium, iron, and sodium.

Proteína Isolada de Soja (Isolated Soy Protein), on the other hand, undergoes chemical production processes that, in addition to using a great amount of water, unable the concetration of isoflavones, fats, fibers, and other nutrients, but contain 90-100 % of the protein.
