 What is the difference between Soymilke and Extrato de Soja (Soy Extract)?
 

Olvebra's Extrato de Soja (Soy Extract) is obtained through defatted soybean bran that has undergone proper thermal treatment in order to inactivate anti-nutritional factors. It is known as "soymilk" and, in addition to protein, its formulation also contains carbohydrates, fats, fibers, calcium, iron, and sodium.

Soymilke, on the other hand, is a powdered soymilk that contains soy extract in its composition and it is also enriched with ingredients that include vitamins and minerals, such as iron, calcium, vitamins A and C, among others.
