- 500ml (2 1/2 cups) Soy Tea
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 4 parsley twigs
- 1 small pineapple
1. Peel the pineapple and chop it; remove the stalk and set it aside.
2. Wash the parsley twigs and blend them with the 5 cups of Soy Tea for 1 minute. Sift the mixture.
3. Blend it once more by adding the pineapple and the honey for another 30 seconds.
4. You may substitute the honey for your choice of sweetener.
Prep time: 15 minutes.
Servings: 4 glasses.
Recipe lactose and gluten-free, with sugar.
